In order to complete my film opening I need to find a suitable font for my title.

In order to find a font that supports the story I have created, I went on dafont.com and I looked into the "Distorted" category to find something that fits the whole transforming theme.

This website was really helpful as I could preview how the font looked like with the chosen word, in this case 'Morpher'.

While I was looking for a font to choose from I screenshotted a long list of options that could've been used in the final product. From the long list I picked out two interesting fonts that I believed fit the whole theme of the short film: "Championship" and "Blacklisted".

Championship: The font reminds me of the cuts I have done in the film when the morpher comes closer to our protagonist. The font therefore appealed to the theme of transforming and was considered to be used in my film.

Blacklisted: This font gave off a glitch like effect which also appeals to the morphing theme. It also makes sense seeing that we don't witness how the morphing takes place and acts like a glitch in the system.

Having the title font decided I also needed to find a font for the credits. I was looking for something similar to "Blacklisted" but a simplified version without the glitch like effect. Through my scouting for a font I realised that fonts with a Serif do not fit with the theme of the film at all because they are a bit too fancy for a horror film. Then I looked at "San Serif" fonts and out of all the options I had an interest to the font named "Bebas" which had multiple options.

In the end I decided to stick with "Bebas Kai" which had a slightly thinner width compared to the other two "Bebas" options. It also looks like it has the aesthetic for credits. ;)
