Mood Board - Music Video

The focus of the mood board is to give me a visual aid for the music video. All the images are ideas I would want to implement one way or another either through physical or edited shots. In addition the images also present ideas for character costumes and lighting.

The setting of the video is in a dream like world mixed with household rooms such as the bedroom. Images found in this post go in tandem with the ideas presented in the "Song Analysis" post meaning I took most of my inspiration for this mood board post from the one I just mentioned above.

The lighting is going to be tricky to implement because I'll need the rooms to be dark while managing to illuminate the main character (mc). If I don't illuminate the mc he/she will blend in with the background making it difficult to understand what is going on in the shot.

What is going on with the veil and the spiders? Both of these things will be implemented into the music video by having them act as the nightmares, mentioned in the music's lyrics. The veil(s) would be worn by a model/actor and it would represent one nightmare which I hope to showcase in the music video.

The spiders will be edited into the shots because I (unfortunately) don't own hundreds of spiders, let alone trained spiders. This will be done with the use of green screen or sneaky cgi tricks that I hope to learn in the process of making this music video.
